A Scottish Labour candidate, Stuart MacLennan, said some offensive things about Conservative and Liberal Democrat leaders on his twitter page, long before he became a candidate. Labour lost their backbone and sacked him as candidate for Moray. The leader of the Scottish Conservatives, Annabel Goldie, said she was ”disgusted” by the “disgraceful behaviour from a Labour candidate”.
