I’ve wrote before about the noisy gits at the Premier Inn London Euston making excessive noise at silly times of the day.
Currently there’s a coach in their car park. The engine’s been idling since 08:30. Nice of them to wake me up on a BANK HOLIDAY weekend.
Remember, if you’re going to stay at this hotel, it’s very noisy.
Yes, I told the reception it’s noisy and woke me up. Apparently it’ll be gone soon. What consolation is that for me? I’ve just been working all weekend, the last thing I wanted was to be woken up early on my only lie-in day.
Update: 11:00 – Engine switched off after an hour. Then it went back on again at 10:00am for another hour. Joys.
Update: 10:00 1st June – Bin lorry arrives at 07:30 and gives us 15 minutes of whining noise. Premier Inn trucks leave their engines on for an hour between 09:30 and 10:30
Update: 07:20 14th June – Bin lorry arrives for ten minutes.
Update: 15:00 14th June – Garbage compactor noise – the warning tone that it is full – sounds for 15 minutes.
