IT IS NOT A FUCKING CONSTITUTION. IT’S A FUCKING TREATY. IF IT WAS A CONSTITUTION THE UK PUBLIC WOULD BE FORCED TO HAVE A REFERENDUM ON IT.
Now, will the last Tory to grow up please use the correct language to describe the Lisbon TREATY?
To me, Cameron is becoming a dangerous person in UK politics – he became hip and trendy, went through the ‘hug a hoodie’ phase, and now, riding high on the back of local council and by-elections, feels that he is onto a winner.
Well, I’m sorry Mr Cameron. The only way you’d get my vote is by using plain simple English. Using the word constitution, to imply that the Lisbon TREATY is something which it is not, does not score you a vote in my book.
When the Irish have asked for time to sort out their own back yard on this subject, the last thing anyone really wants or needs is a two-bit pretend politician bigging himself up in the Commons to make everyone think that the Lisbon Treaty was:
a) a constitution
b) unnecessary
c) unwanted by the WHOLE population of the UK
Politicians don’t realise how important their jobs are, and they certainly don’t realise how important it is that they do NOT mislead the British public.
